Feel Inspired
Was talking to a friend about how I got to learn to play the keyboard. Thought it would be inspiring to those who really likes music.
When I was really young(less than 10 years old), my sister bought a Casio Keyboard. She played with it all the time(although I think she sucks). Anyway, when she got older and got bored of her toy, I took it over and learnt how to play it. I started to learn about chords, first playing with one fingers(with the auto accompaniment) and then played the actually chord fingering. I never stopped at that. She later even bought another keyboard and I continued to learn. I still remember the first song I learn to play in full. It was王傑’s 她的背影。Then it got bored for me playing other people’s song and so I started to write my own. This is how I got to know, I really liked expressing myself with music. And after so many years, I am proud to say, I still like doing it.
Thank you Theresa(my sister who bought the keyboard). Too bad she is not inspiring her own kids the way she inspired me when I was young. Guess things changed, when you are a mother and not a young inspiring lady.
