The Feeling of Happiness
The response for the album thingee is not so bad ya.
But sales must reach 5000 copies to break even with all investments but lucky i have nothing much to loose since everybody involved is giving volunteering kinda support. Just worried about the exposure the songs might get, to let more people know about the song and why is it like that.
Anyway, i have met up with my team. We are now picking songs. I have narrowed down to 20 songs(from a pool of 100) and we are picking a few from it. It will NOT be a 10-song album but this doesn't mean the CD only has a few tracks. Cannot reveal too much now cause its meant to be a shocker. haha.
Yesterday night i was recording my new demo song. I wrote it especially for Eason. Yes, he is looking for songs for his upcoming Mandarin Album. I even sang it like him. I finished my singing quite early but my studio engineer friend, chong, helped me to enhance it with some guitar bass, while i help him pack his place a bit. We finished at 1.30am. We had roti john and Ice Milo afterthat. Though late but i have never been more glad with a demo song like this one. And now, as usual, crossing fingers that Eason's production team will consider my song. Song title is "幸福的感覺". Its quite a special story although the song name looks normal and even the front part of the lyrics is normal. There is a story to it. Cannot reveal now. If he doesnt take it, i will include this in my album. Re-cycyle!! haha.
