Coyote Ugly with Minimum Wage
A couple of weeks ago, i was at Amy's place. We talked and she said my situation of quitting a job and moving on to another city in search of a song writing dream, is like the story of Coyote Ugly. BUT im NO Bar Top Dancer woh!! Finally i got to watch this yr 2000 movie last night and i really think, Amy was kinda right. A small town girl who quit waitressing and moved to Chinatown New York to be a song writer(cause she feels nervous performing her own songs, so she only writes). However she ended up being a Coyote(Bar waitress & Bar Top Dancer) cause her apartment was broke into & she had no more money. Well, lets cross our fingers that i don't have to resolve to dancing on Bar Tops one day. Im too fat anyway. The whole BarTop will crash.
Slightly earlier i was watching this new Docu-Reality show, 30 Days. Its produced (and sometimes starred) by Morgan Spurlock(guy from Supersize Me). In that episode, he has to work odd jobs to earn enough money to survive in a small town. But however, a one night visit to the hospital cost him more than what he can earn this and even, few more months down the road. My friend sitting next to me said, its quite sad people are living like that in this world, barely making enough to survive. I looked at him and said, "Hello!! You are looking at one of them right now!!"
